“Muğanın səsi” ictimai-siyasi qəzetinin 9 fevral 2021-ci il tarixli 10-cu nömrəsində və qəzetin “Muganinsesi.az” internet səhifəsində verilmiş “Bizə cavab verirlər” rubrikası altında ”Sahibkar barədə tədbir görülmüşdür”. Əgər elə olsaydı, müştərilərin aldadılması bu gün də davam etməzdi” sərlövhəli yazıda qaldırılan məsələlərin həlli ilə bağlı aidiyyəti olaraq İqtisadiyyat Nazirliyi yanında Dövlət Vergi Xidmətindən cavab istəmişdik.
Dövlət Vergi Xidmətinin Sənədlərlə iş və icra intizamına nəzarət (Katiblik) baş idarəsinin rəisi vəzifəsinin müvəqqəti icraçısı, baş idarənin rəis müavini, baş vergi xidməti müşaviri Zeynalabdin Məmmədzadənin imzası ilə aldığımız cavab məktubunu olduğu kimi dərc edirik:
“Muğanın səsi” qəzetinin redaksiyasına.
Sizin Sabirabad şəhəri, 20 yanvar küçəsində yerləşən “Əmin bazar” adlı obyektdə vegidən yayınma halları ilə əlaqədar “Muğanın səsi” qəzetinin 09.02.2021-ci il tarixli 10-cu nömrəsində dərc olunan məqalə ilə bağlı 10.02. 2021-ci il tarixli müraciətinizə (AVİC:16.02.2021-ci il tarixli 2117010013147201 nömrəli) İqtisadiyyat Nazirliyi yanında Dövlət Vegi Xidmətində aidiyyəti üzrə baxılmışdır.
Bildiririk ki, Sabirabad şəhəri 20 yanvar küçəsi ünvanında yerləşən Mənsimov Məmməd Adil oğluna (VÖEN: 6800002652) məxsus “Əmin bazar” adlı obyekdə Dövlət Vergi Xidmətinin 5 saylı Ərazi Vergilər İdarəsi tərəfindən Əhali ilə pul hesablaşmalarının aparılması qaydalarına riayət olunması vəziyyəti ilə bağlı operativ vergi nəzarəti tədbiri keçirilərək 25.01.2021-ci il tarixli aktla rəsmiləşdirilmiş və vergi ödəyicisinin vergi qanunvericiliyinin pozulmasına görə məsuliyyətə cəlb edilməsi haqqında qərar çıxarılmışdır.
Vergi qanunvericiliyinin tətbiqi və inzibatçılığı ilə bağlı əlavə məlumat almaq üçün Dövlət Vergi Xidmətinin Çağlı Mərkəzinə (195-1) və vergi ödəyicilərinə xidmət mərkəzlərinə müraciət edə bilərsiniz”.
