Hörmətli Anar müəllim,
Tarixi məxəzlərdən öyrənirik ki, Muğanda əsirlərə söykənən onlarla tarixi abidələr mövcud olub, amma abidələr ya yadellilər tərəfindən dağıdılıb, ya da dəli Kürün daşqınları nəticəsində yer üzündən silinib. Lakin az bir qism günümüzə gəlib çıxıb.
Muğanı üzük qaşı kimi dövriyyəyə alan Kürlə - Arazın qovuşduğu bu məkanda- Sabirabadda “Köhnə hamam” bu gündə milli memarlığını qoruyub saxlayır.
Sabirabad şəhəri, M.Füzuli küçəsi 28, 1 saylı ünvanda yerləşən “Köhnə hamam” 1900-cu ildə Seyid Mirmusa Tağıyev tərəfindən inşa olunmuş və istifadəyə verilmişdir. Bu hamam Azərbaycan Respublikası Nazirlər Kabinetinin 2001-ci il 2 avqust tarixli, 132 nömrəli qərarı ilə yerli əhəmiyyətli daşınmaz tarix və mədəniyyət abidələrinin siyahısına daxil edilmişdir ( inventar nömrəsi 4951).
Ötən ilin avqustunda işbazlar hamamı hərrəca çıxarmaq üçün bütün qanunsuzluqlara getmişlər. Hamamın bir gündə 2 dəfə yandırılmasına belə nail olmuşlar. Yenə də sağ olsun yerli sakinlər, onların köməyi ilə yanğın söndürülmüş abidəyə ciddi ziyan dəyməmişdir.
Tarixi və rayondakı ictimai əhəmiyyətini nəzərə alaraq abidənin bərpa olunmasını, tarixi abidənin xidməti və turizm məqsədilə istifadə olunması üçün Mədəniyyət Nazirliyi yanında Mədəni İrsin Qorunması, İnkişafı və Bərpası üzrə Dövlət Xidmətinə müvafiq tapşırıq verilməsini və hamamı inşa edən Seyid Mirmusa Tağıyevin nəvəsi Mirismayıl Ağa oğlu Tağıyevlə qanunvericilikdə nəzərdə tutulmuş qaydada müqavilə imzalanmasına dəstəyin göstərilməsini Sizdən xahiş edirik.
